Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
- For partial cancellation of an order, customers must submit their cancellation request via email to jalpaibon@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
- If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours of order placement but before shipment, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and processing charges.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- In case of size-related concerns, the product will be eligible for exchange only, subject to availability.
- All return requests must be submitted with relevant photographs and supporting details for verification and approval by our team.
- Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package. This video must be provided when raising a return request for damaged or incorrect products.
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Jalpaibon reserves the right to reject any return request if the product shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or if the original tags and packaging are missing.
- The company shall not be responsible for returns or exchanges initiated without prior approval and submission of the required supporting documentation.
- Return requests for damaged products will not be accepted if the customer has accepted delivery of a visibly tampered, opened, or damaged parcel. Customers are requested to refuse delivery of any such package and immediately notify our support team.
- A fixed amount may be deducted from approved return requests to cover courier, handling, and banking charges.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable courier, handling, and banking charges, where applicable.
- All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our team, which may take up to 2 business days.
- Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, clearance events, or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
The only exception applies to products received in a damaged condition, for which customers must provide supporting photographs, relevant details, and an unboxing video for verification.
Customized Products
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially tailored products are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, except in cases where the product is delivered damaged or defective.
