What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Are your products handcrafted?
Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur, making each piece unique.
Will the product color exactly match the images shown online?
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, and lighting conditions.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged or an incorrect item has been delivered, subject to verification and approval.
Can I return a product because I changed my mind?
At present, returns for change of mind, preference, or personal choice are not accepted.
How do I request a return or exchange?
